STRAWBERRY BANANA PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

STRAWBERRY BANANA PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

This Strawberry Banana Pineapple Smoothie has no sugar added and won’t disrupt your diet. Sugary strawberries, luscious bananas, and a hint of pineapple juice enhance the smoothie and provide a delicate tropical feel!

Recipe for a Nutritious Fruit Smoothie

I enjoy sweet, fruity blended drinks. They’re incredibly refreshing and slip down smoothly and fast. However, they can be treacherous sources of sugar, and many come in with figures that ought to be full meals, not just snacks.

Fortunately, this banana strawberry pineapple smoothie contains no added sugar and won't disrupt your diet. It contains only three (natural) ingredients: bananas, strawberries, and pineapple juice. Additionally, it’s inherently vegan, gluten-free, has no added sugars, and is nutritious.

Strawberries and bananas make an excellent pair. I was raised on classic strawberry-banana yogurt, and it was my favorite. The tastes in the smoothie evoke memories of the brown bag lunches from my youth.

A dash of pineapple juice enhances the smoothie’s brightness and adds a hint of tropical flair. If pineapple juice is unavailable, substitute it with orange juice or another preferred option. You only require something to assist your blender in starting.

I utilized frozen strawberries and previously frozen banana pieces. This way, you won’t need to include ice, which dilutes the smoothie.

Bananas play a crucial role in smoothies since they provide creaminess without the need for milk or yogurt, and they contribute to a feeling of fullness. The more you blend, the airier the smoothie becomes because of the bananas.

This banana pineapple smoothie recipe yields two smoothies. One for you, and one to enjoy together. Or one now, and another later if you store the leftovers in the freezer.

Soil the blender once and enjoy twice is my saying. However, I question whether you'll even wish to keep it for later. I definitely didn't.

Fixings:
  • 1/2 16 ounces new strawberries, stems eliminated
  • 1/2 new pineapple, stripped, cored and hacked (1 lb)
  • 2 ready bananas, stripped
  • 4 tablespoons sugar or honey (or to taste)
  • 3/4 cup water or coconut water
  • 2 cups medium ice 3D shapes

Directions
Process in blender until smooth. Serve right away or freeze until slushy. Appreciate it !!!

Orange Julius Smoothies

Orange Julius Smoothies

The Orange Julius imitation smoothie recipe is simple, smooth, and tasty. An Orange Julius can be prepared in the blender in under 5 minutes and is an ideal summer treat.

What’s even better is that this smoothie consists of just six ingredients (two being ice and water) and serves as a lovely refreshment after a long day under the sun.

Last week during my visit to Grandma's house, she brought out all of her cookbooks for me to browse. I discovered an old booklet titled "Favorite Haymond Recipes," with Haymond being my Grandma's maiden name.

On the initial page, adjacent to my great grandma's recipe for dinner rolls, was "Maryan's Orange Julius." It was heartwarming to realize that generations of my forebears have relished these Orange Julius Copycat Smoothies long before I came into existence. This recipe genuinely endures through the ages.

Countless recollections of previous summers flooded my mind. I spent my summers visiting my lovely Grandma in Montana for a few weeks each year. This exact recipe was my preferred dessert that she used to make.

I’ve always believed that Orange Julius Copycat Smoothies were our unique indulgence. Something special she would create just for me. It was amusing to discover years later that all my cousins had the same thought!

Components

With such minimal ingredients, it truly doesn't get easier than this delightful frozen dessert. Using just a few ingredients and in 5 minutes, you're on the path to a tropical drink haven!

Orange Juice Concentrate: This recipe requires 16 ounces of orange juice concentrate. Ensure this is frozen prior to usage (or else your Orange Julius Copycat Smoothie will turn out too watery).

Granulated Sugar: The ideal choice for this recipe is white sugar. Maintain simplicity. Sugar alternatives (like stevia or natural varieties) might be effective, but I have not tried them out.

Vanilla: Orange Julius captures a straightforward homemade taste yet is incredibly enticing. Vanilla is the essential ingredient in this. Synthetic vanilla will certainly suffice if you aren't particular ... but if you are ... and I am ... the taste benefit of genuine vanilla justifies every penny.

Milk: Let's not kid ourselves into believing skim milk tastes as good as whole milk. To achieve the creamiest and tastiest Orange Julius, ensure you use enough milk fat.

Ice: The quantity of ice used will influence the thickness of your Orange Julius. I normally utilize twice as much ice as my grandma suggests. I prefer my Orange Julius Copycat Smoothie to be thick, resembling a shake, so this recipe uses more ice than you might find in other versions.

Water: Not much to mention here...

Gradual Guidance Instructions

The directions for the Orange Julius Copycat Smoothie are just as easy as the list of ingredients. This recipe truly is as reliable as they come. This makes it an ideal recipe for young kids or aspiring chefs to assist with.
Initially, you should place your ingredients into a blender. We use a Blendtec and truly enjoy it! Mix all ingredients on high until the mixture is completely smooth. Serve right away and savor! SO SO SO SO SO SO AMAZING!!!!

Key Advice

We relish savoring this sugary and rich smoothie throughout the entire year! We actually enjoy smoothies 4 to 5 days every week. We pull out our favorite smoothie recipes not only for breakfast or brunch but also for a midday snack or light lunch!

Personalize It

If you're craving that classic Orange Julius drink but want to switch it up a little, don't worry. To achieve a creamier Orange Julius Copycat Smoothie, you might choose to add an extra cup of milk in place of the recommended cup of water.

Alternatively, it can also be enjoyable to change the concentrate flavor. Rather than opting for orange juice concentrate, consider using a different preferred flavor. Any alternative juice concentrate would be suitable for this recipe.

Observations

Experiment with different concentrate flavors; any other juice concentrate will perform effectively. Enjoy yourself with it!

For the best flavor, we recommend using 2% or whole milk. However, you can change it up and opt for Almond or Soy Milk as well.

Incorporate less ice for a more fluid texture.

Fixings
  • 3 ounces frozen squeezed orange concentrate
  • 1⁄2 cup milk
  • 1⁄2 cup water
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 - 6 ice 3D squares
