I enjoy sweet, fruity blended drinks. They’re incredibly refreshing and slip down smoothly and fast. However, they can be treacherous sources of sugar, and many come in with figures that ought to be full meals, not just snacks.
Fortunately, this banana strawberry pineapple smoothie contains no added sugar and won't disrupt your diet. It contains only three (natural) ingredients: bananas, strawberries, and pineapple juice. Additionally, it’s inherently vegan, gluten-free, has no added sugars, and is nutritious.
Strawberries and bananas make an excellent pair. I was raised on classic strawberry-banana yogurt, and it was my favorite. The tastes in the smoothie evoke memories of the brown bag lunches from my youth.
A dash of pineapple juice enhances the smoothie’s brightness and adds a hint of tropical flair. If pineapple juice is unavailable, substitute it with orange juice or another preferred option. You only require something to assist your blender in starting.
I utilized frozen strawberries and previously frozen banana pieces. This way, you won’t need to include ice, which dilutes the smoothie.

Fixings:
- 1/2 16 ounces new strawberries, stems eliminated
- 1/2 new pineapple, stripped, cored and hacked (1 lb)
- 2 ready bananas, stripped
- 4 tablespoons sugar or honey (or to taste)
- 3/4 cup water or coconut water
- 2 cups medium ice 3D shapes
Directions
Process in blender until smooth. Serve right away or freeze until slushy. Appreciate it !!!
