STRAWBERRY BANANA PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
Fixings:
1/2 16 ounces new strawberries, stems eliminated
1/2 new pineapple, stripped, cored and hacked (1 lb)
2 ready bananas, stripped
4 tablespoons sugar or honey (or to taste)
3/4 cup water or coconut water
2 cups medium ice 3D shapes
Directions
Process in blender until smooth. Serve right away or freeze until slushy. Appreciate it !!!
