Coconut & banana smoothie

Fixings
100g coconut yogurt
3 tbsp milk of your decision
½ tsp ground turmeric
3cm piece of new ginger, stripped
2 tsp baobab powder (discretionary)
1 little ready banana
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp Oats
juice of ½ a lemon

Technique
Add the coconut yogurt and milk to a fast blender then add the turmeric, new ginger and baobab powder (if utilizing). Tip in the leftover fixings then mix until smooth. Add ice and barrage again assuming that you favor a colder beverage. Fill glasses and serve. Appreciate it !!Baked-shrimp-risotto.
